NEET TN Counselling 2026: Document Rejection Reasons to Avoid
Many NEET families lose days — or seats — because documents fail verification. The score is ready; the file set is not. This guide lists common rejection reasons in simple English. Final rules stay on the official TN medical selection / MCC notices for your year.
Top rejection / delay triggers
- Name spelling mismatch across Aadhaar, mark sheet and NEET scorecard
- Blurred or cropped community / nativity certificates
- Expired or wrong-format category certificate
- Photo / signature not matching portal size rules
- Uploading WhatsApp screenshots instead of clear PDFs
Clean file habit
- Scan in colour PDF, one certificate per file
- Name files clearly: NEET-scorecard.pdf, community.pdf
- Keep DigiLocker copies + one printed set
- Fix spelling issues early through proper channels — not last night panic
