TNEA 2026 Supplementary Counselling: Who Is Eligible and How It Works

Who can participate
- Candidates who registered in the regular phase but were not allotted any seat
- Candidates who got an allotment but did not report (in some years, a fresh window opens)
- Fresh registrations may or may not be allowed — check the official notice
What seats are available
Only seats that went unfilled after all earlier rounds. These are usually in specific colleges and branches with lower demand. Top colleges and CSE seats are rarely available at this stage.
Steps to follow
- Watch the official TNEA portal for the supplementary schedule
- If eligible, re-login and fill choices from available vacant seats
- Accept allotment and report to the college within the deadline
